Triumfit Coach is a client management platform for fitness coaches. The service allows coaches to create custom workouts, track client activity, and communicate with clients through the Triumfit ecosystem.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• Obtaining appropriate consent from clients before adding them to your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

Subscription and Payment

Triumfit Coach is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Triumfit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Triumfit Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
