Getting Started

How do I invite a client?

Go to your Clients tab and tap Invite Client. Enter their name and email address — they'll receive an invitation to connect with you through Triumfit.

Do my clients need to download a separate app?

No. Your clients use the standard Triumfit app. Once they accept your invitation, your workouts and messaging appear automatically inside their app.

How do I create my first workout?

Go to the Workouts tab and tap New Workout. Add exercises from your library, set durations and intensities, then assign it to one or more clients.

Clients & Messaging

How many clients can I have?

Your client limit depends on your subscription plan. You can see your current usage and upgrade from the Account screen in the app.

Can I message my clients?

Yes. Tap any client to open a 1:1 messaging thread. Your clients see your messages in the Triumfit app and can reply directly.

What happens if I remove a client?

The client keeps their Triumfit account and workout history. They simply return to self-directed mode and no longer see your assigned workouts or messaging.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I change my plan?

Go to Account → Manage Subscription in the app. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to Account → Manage Subscription → Manage in App Store to change or cancel.

What happens to my clients if my subscription expires?

Your client relationships are preserved, but you won't be able to send new workouts or messages until you resubscribe. Your clients can still use Triumfit independently.

Exercises & Workouts

Can I create custom exercises?

Yes. Go to the Exercises tab and tap New Exercise. You can set a name, category, default intensity, and optional description.

What are the exercise categories?

Triumfit uses 8 categories: Abs, Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Full Body, and Cardio.

Can I hide exercises I don't use?

Yes. Long-press any exercise to hide it. Hidden exercises won't appear when building workouts. You can unhide them anytime from the hidden exercises list.
